- Yes. Upgrades and downgrades go through the billing portal in your account settings. Downgrades are blocked if you have more active users than the target plan allows.
- Does Solo include online payments?
- Yes. Every plan includes Stripe Connect for invoices and card payments. Solo is built for owner-operators who want the full quote-to-cash loop without waiting to upgrade.
- What is the difference between Team and Business?
- Team adds SMS notifications, reporting, and up to 5 seats. Business unlocks dispatch, the field tech app, customer portal, booking widgets, notification templates, QuickBooks sync, recurring services, and review requests — with up to 20 seats.
- Is my customer data secure?
- Production data is isolated per workspace with modern authentication. Card data never touches our servers — Stripe handles payment details.
