Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy covers cookies and similar browser technologies used on our marketing site, our staff application, and the pages we host for businesses' customers: booking and request forms (including forms a business embeds on its own website), document-signing pages, and the customer portal. Sign-in, verification, and trusted-device storage is used only on pages where you sign in or verify yourself. Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, software-development kits (SDKs), and device identifiers.

Depending on the site, app, browser, and environment, we use:

• Strictly necessary storage for authentication sessions, account security, fraud prevention, request routing, and core application functions
• Functional storage for settings and choices, such as remembering that the informational cookie notice was dismissed or that an in-app banner was closed
• First-party session storage that records how you arrived at our marketing site (for example a campaign tag in the link you followed, or the site that referred you) so that it can be attached to a signup you complete in the same browser session. It is set by us, is readable only by us, is not available to any third party, and is discarded when you close the tab
• A security check from Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in, signup, password-reset, contact, booking, signing, and portal sign-in pages, which tells people from automated traffic. It is strictly necessary and is used only for that check
• Device and session identifiers used for login verification, trusted-device security, and abuse prevention
• In the staff application, our map provider's software keeps a random identifier in local storage, replaced every 24 hours, and sends map-usage information to the map provider

We use a privacy-preserving analytics service to understand how our marketing site and our applications are used — which pages are visited, which features are opened, and where people run into errors. It is listed in our Subprocessor List.

This analytics does not use cookies. It stores nothing in your browser: no analytics cookie, no analytics entry in local storage. On our marketing site, visitors are counted using a rotating, privacy-preserving identifier calculated on the analytics provider's servers rather than an identifier stored on your device. In our signed-in applications, activity is linked to an internal account ID, with the workspace ID and role (never a name or email), which the analytics provider keeps with those events; nothing is stored in your browser to do this. Because we set no optional analytics or advertising cookies, the cookie notice on our marketing site remains an informational notice and does not represent consent to any.

We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information — see Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

We also use an error-monitoring service that records diagnostic information when something in the Service fails, so that we can fix it. It is listed in our Subprocessor List and is configured not to record screen contents or session replays.

If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technologies that do set cookies or similar identifiers, we will update this Policy and provide consent or opt-out controls where required before using them.

We do not currently offer a Lyteworkgo mobile application; the Service is used in a web browser, and Sections 2 and 3 describe the technologies it uses. Before we make a mobile application available, we will update this Policy to describe the on-device storage, permissions, and software-development kits it uses.

You can delete or block cookies and site storage through browser or device settings, and control a site's permissions, such as location, in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent signup, login, trusted-device verification, or core features from working. Clearing storage may sign you out and cause notices or preferences to appear again.

We do not sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no cookie-based sale/share opt-out. See the Privacy Policy for our treatment of browser privacy signals.
