Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using Lyteworkgo responsibly and lawfully.
Effective July 22, 2026
1. Purpose and responsibility
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Lyteworkgo Terms of Service. It applies to Customer, Authorized Users, public pages, content, integrations, and activity using the Service. Customer is responsible for its users and for promptly addressing misuse in its workspace.
2. Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law or another person's rights, including privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, employment, export, sanctions, or communications laws
- Harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, defraud, exploit, or endanger a person
- Create, upload, or distribute unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content
- Impersonate another person or business, falsify sender identity, forge records, or misrepresent affiliation or authorization
- Facilitate unlawful goods, services, payments, or transactions
- Use technician location, tracking links, device information, photos, or signatures for surveillance, stalking, or any purpose unrelated to legitimate field-service work
3. Security and platform integrity
You may not:
- Upload malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; defeat authentication, rate limits, or security controls; or probe or scan systems without our written permission
- Interfere with the Service or another user, including denial-of-service activity, excessive automated load, or use outside documented interfaces and limits
- Share accounts, harvest credentials, test stolen credentials, scrape non-public data, or access data outside your authorized workspace
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where applicable law prohibits that restriction
- Use the Service to develop or benchmark a competing product using non-public access, data, or methods
- Resell, sublicense, white-label, time-share, or operate the Service as a bureau without our written permission
4. Messaging and consent
If you send or configure SMS, email, or other communications, you must identify the sender accurately; have and retain any consent or other lawful basis required for the recipient, channel, and content; provide legally required disclosures; and honor revocation, STOP, unsubscribe, and do-not-contact requests promptly.
You may not send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, unlawful telemarketing, or unsolicited bulk communications, or use purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped contact lists. You must not evade suppression lists, carrier rules, provider policies, or message limits.
5. Sensitive and regulated data
Do not place full payment-card numbers, bank-login credentials, Social Security numbers, government account credentials, medical records, biometric-identification templates, or similarly sensitive regulated data in free-text fields, notes, messages, or uploads. Payment details must be collected only through the Stripe-hosted flows provided by the Service.
You may use expressly supported fields for ordinary field-service information, signatures, photos, addresses, and job records, but you remain responsible for lawful collection, minimum-necessary access, retention, and deletion.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations; preserve and review relevant content and account information; block messages or integrations; remove or restrict content; throttle, suspend, or terminate access; and notify affected providers or authorities where appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all activity.
When practicable, we will consider the severity, recurrence, and risk of a violation and provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Immediate action may be taken for security threats, unlawful conduct, provider requirements, or risk of harm.
7. Reporting
Report suspected abuse or security issues to support@gonzware.com. Include relevant workspace, URL, message, or event details without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
