Portal Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use a customer portal or other customer-facing page powered by Lyteworkgo.

Effective August 26, 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Portal Terms of Use ("Portal Terms") are an agreement between you — a customer of a home-service or field-service business (your "Service Provider") — and Gonzware LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company and the operator of the Lyteworkgo platform ("Gonzware LLC", "we", "us"). Lyteworkgo is a product name of Gonzware LLC.

They cover the customer-facing pages we host on your Service Provider's behalf: the online customer portal, booking and request forms, quote review and electronic-signing pages, and appointment tracking links (together, the "Portal"). You agree to these Portal Terms when you accept them at your first portal sign-in, when you submit a booking form that references them, or when you use another Portal page — such as a quote-signing page — that links to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal; you can always manage your services directly with your Service Provider by phone or email instead. The Portal is intended for adults: you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to sign documents or make payments through it, and the Portal is not directed to children under 13.

Invoice payment pages are hosted by Stripe on your Service Provider's own Stripe account. Those pages are Stripe's, governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy — not by these Portal Terms, which cover the Portal pages we host, including the records of your invoices and payments shown there. Payments you make go to your Service Provider, not to Gonzware LLC.

Your Service Provider — not Gonzware LLC — is the business you are buying services from. The work itself, its pricing, scheduling, quality, refunds, and any agreement you sign about it are between you and your Service Provider; we provide the software on their behalf and are not a party to that relationship.

2. Your sign-in and account security

The portal signs you in with one-time codes sent to the mobile number your Service Provider has on file for you — there is no password. You are responsible for keeping control of that phone number and for all activity under your sign-in. Do not share verification codes with anyone; we will never ask you for one.

Tell your Service Provider promptly if your phone number changes or if you believe someone else has accessed your information, so they can correct the record and we can end active sessions.

3. What you may see and do

Depending on what your Service Provider has enabled, the Portal lets you view your requests, quotes, appointments, invoices, and payment history; submit new requests; review and electronically sign quotes; pay invoices through Stripe-hosted payment pages; message your Service Provider; and manage your contact details and notification preferences.

If you pay an invoice online, the payment is processed by Stripe on your Service Provider's own Stripe account. The money goes to your Service Provider, not to Gonzware LLC. Stripe is an independent payment processor; we are not affiliated with, a partner of, or endorsed by Stripe. Your card details are collected on Stripe-hosted pages, not on our servers.

The information shown is maintained by your Service Provider. If something looks wrong — an amount, an appointment time, a service address — contact them; they control the underlying records. If you believe you were charged in error or twice, contact your Service Provider first: the charge was made on their account, and they can refund it through Stripe.

4. Electronic records and signatures

When you sign a quote electronically, you consent to transact by electronic records and signatures, and you agree that your electronic signature is as valid and binding as a handwritten one. The exact consent wording is shown to you at the moment you sign, and we keep a record of the signed document, the wording you agreed to, and evidence of the signing (such as time, network address, and a tamper-evident document fingerprint).

To review and sign electronically you need a current web browser with JavaScript enabled, an internet connection, access to the mobile number or email address where verification codes are sent, and software able to view PDF documents (signed documents are provided as PDFs). If you cannot meet these requirements, ask your Service Provider for a paper alternative.

You may request paper copies of your documents from your Service Provider, and you may decline to sign electronically — or withdraw your consent to electronic signing for future documents — by telling your Service Provider and arranging a paper alternative directly with them. Withdrawing does not affect documents you already signed, and we do not charge you for choosing paper.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Portal only for its intended purpose: managing the services your Service Provider performs for you. You must not attempt to access another customer's information, probe or disrupt the Portal, submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it. We may suspend access that threatens the Portal or other users.

6. Communications

The Portal and your Service Provider may send you service communications about your requests, quotes, appointments, and invoices by email and — only with your separate, explicit opt-in — by text message. Text messaging is governed by our SMS Terms , which also explain one-time verification codes and how to stop messages at any time.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled on the platform, including on these customer-facing pages. For most of your information, your Service Provider is the business you have the relationship with and Gonzware LLC processes it on their behalf; privacy questions about your service records are best directed to them, and you can always reach us at the address below.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The Portal is provided "as is" and free of charge to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gonzware LLC disclaims all warranties about the Portal and is not liable to you for the acts, omissions, services, or records of your Service Provider, for decisions you make based on information in the Portal, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Portal use. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PORTAL WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). Nothing in these Portal Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your state, or reduces any rights you have against your Service Provider.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Portal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; if you are a consumer, this does not take away protections of the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live that apply to you by their own terms. Any dispute between you and Gonzware LLC arising from the Portal that we cannot resolve informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, or in a small-claims court with jurisdiction over the claim, and both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those Milwaukee County courts. Before filing anything, please contact us at the address in Section 11 — most Portal issues can be fixed quickly once we know about them. Disputes about the services themselves — the work, its price, its quality — are between you and your Service Provider.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Portal Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If you began using the Portal under an earlier version, a material change takes effect for you 30 days after we provide notice of it — for example by email to the address on your customer record or a notice in the Portal — or on any later date the notice states; until then the previous version continues to apply to you, and changes never apply retroactively. Continued use of the Portal after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; if you do not agree, stop using the Portal and contact your Service Provider to manage your services another way.
