Subprocessor List

Gonzware LLC uses the third-party service providers below ("subprocessors") to operate the Lyteworkgo platform. Some of them process personal information on behalf of our business customers, under the processor commitments in Section 6 of the Terms of Service.

We keep this page current when our providers change. It is the authoritative list; the Privacy Policy describes how we disclose information and points here for the names.

These providers support the Service for every customer.

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. United States.
• Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting and infrastructure, and email delivery through Amazon SES. United States.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, networking, bot protection, and request routing. Global edge network.
• Stripe — subscription billing, and the payment processing our customers use to collect from their own clients. United States.
• Twilio — text messaging. United States.
• Mapbox — maps and geocoding. United States.
• PostHog — product analytics: which pages and features are used, and where people encounter errors. Configured without cookies, without session recording, and without automatic capture of on-screen content. United States (AWS us-east-1).
• Sentry — error monitoring: diagnostic information captured when something in the Service fails. Configured without session replay, and with contact details and credentials removed before an error report is sent. United States.

These receive information only if a customer turns the relevant integration on.

• Intuit (QuickBooks Online) — accounting sync, only for customers who connect QuickBooks. United States.
• Resend — delivery of messages submitted through the contact form on our marketing site. It is not used for the Service's own customer messaging. United States.

We update this page when we add or replace a subprocessor. Business customers who would like advance notice of changes may ask us to add them to a notification list at support@gonzware.com.
